What is the best configuration for my pc?

Hello everyone I am trying to figure out what is the best configuration for my pc. The games all run slow. Here are the technical features: Processor AMD E1-6010 APU with AMD Radeon R2 Graphics 1.35 GHz Installed RAM 4.00 GB (3.68 GB usable)

I had similar pc around 10 years ago and it was running full speed just few 2d games
Currently pcsx2 is much more improved and emulates many thing better which also means the requirements go higher

I cleared 5 worlds on Kingdom Hearts 1 at max speed of 20
I almost cleared Ar Tonelico at speed often above 40(because there is barely anything moving in the game,just characters walking over images)

FFX for example(a 3d game that is not all that hard to emulate)was running at 15fps max and I had better video card than yours

PS2 is just not possible on such hard,especially not in his current state with many thing emulated properly.
