My configuration is:
CPU: intel core 2 duo Processor T8100 2.1Ghz
Memory: 3GB DDR2
Graphics: NVIDIA Geforce 8400M GT CPU
OS Windows vista edition familial premium
Is my configuration is good enough? and what is the optimal configuration for my PC please?

depends on the game you're trying to run.

Anyway, there's no "perfect configuration" for a specific PC to use pcsx2.
you PC has to be as powerful as possible, and pcsx2 config applies to the game you run.
