What kind of video card is needed for decent internal resolution?

I use GSDXx Direct3D 10 mode and I get corrupt graphics when combining AA with default/custom internal resolution. I don't get crashes it's just the graphics glitch heavily. Anyways my question still stands, what kind of video card is needed for decent performance with 6x scaling of the internal resolution? I don't intend to use AA.

Also the default Internal Resolution is 1:1 (1024x1024) so wouldn't setting it up to match a different aspect ratio be problematic?
Computer specifications:
Windows 10 | Ryzen 3700X | ASUS Crosshair VIII Hero (WiFi) | MSI 1070Ti | 16GB 3600MHz RAM

I was talking about the GSDX internal resolution. My monitor is 1920x1080, but I use zoom in the screenshots I take to see all the details (Jessica's boobs in DQ8, for example Tongue2).
