I will buy that CPU tommorow, so what can i expect? Will SOTC, GoW1&2 and MGS3 work fine?

Phenom II x2 550
ATI 4670
2GB DDR2 @ 800mhz

You bet it can run flawless but I cannot guarantee it run full FPS all the time due to how you setting the game with the plugin and speed hack.

Shadow of the Colossus has issues on just about every system, God of War might have some occasional graphics glitches(don't know about God of War2), and MGS3 has all kinds of known graphical issues.

overclock that cpu a bit,to 3.6Ghz for MGS3 game and other games which are not optimize yet with pcsx2 emulation.
Notebook ASUS A43TA|CPU AMD Llano APU A6-3400m Triple core (1 core disable) OC to 2.6+Ghz|GPU CF|HD 6520 400Mhz/667Mhz iGPU|HD6650M OC 780Mhz/985Mhz dGPU|RAM 8GB DDR3 1333|Windows 7 Ultimate Sp.1 x64 bit.
