sse4.1 if your cpu supports it. second comes the ssse3 if your cpu doesnt support sse4.1 , and last if it doesnt support any of those use the sse2

I don't think there's much difference between them. maybe 1fps between SSE2 and SSSE3 but nothing I've noticed personally (my cpu doesn't support SSE4.1)
