When I download, it just stops unfinished.

I dont know what's happening. I tried to download the latest emulator and bios and after 1 min, it stops.
I tried downloading on chrome and firefox but I had the same result. I restarted my internet connection and PC but it is still the same.

Please help, I want to play PS2 games badly. :'(
