When I play Raw Danger, it happend the Green Screen

try :
- reloading from memcard instead of savestate
- rebind all your keys through lilypad settings

those are broken post-processing effects.
you'll need to use software mode (press F9) or disable them by creating a .pnach file, as described in the wiki : https://wiki.pcsx2.net/Raw_Danger!

I try to use F9 but the speed is very low.

I try to change to other version PS2,I cant open the game

NO, I dont have any original DVD, I mean use other version about PCSX2.
