Where can i download a stable build that is in zip and not a standalone installer

I know I was able to downloaded a standalone installer a few years ago
 and now i cant seem to find the option. is it not supported? if so why?

I would recommend a dev build from buildbot.orphis.net

They come in 7zip archives though. If you want a normal zip file, then you can pull the 1.4.0 binary from the main site

I dont want binary. I need an executable thats not in a installer so that i can carry it around in a flash. sort of like a plug and play.

...or use the standalone installer, then add a blank "portable.ini" file in the folder you've installed pcsx2 in.
this will make the emulator ready to be used on a usb key
