No I didnt find one but I did find this guide though.

Basically you open the Windows Calculator put it in programmer mode (ALT+3) and put that in hex. The guide says scientific mode but you cant put that in HEX so that wont work. Then you take the first 8 digits of the code. Oh you would have to convert the code into raw format before doing this. Gameshark uses raw format. with the first part of the code (8 digits) ignoring the last 4 digits completely. You put in the 8 digit code into the calculator and then you subtract 18C70 from it and it should be in NTSC format now.
