Where to find hex codes?

I know enough to know the codes that actually work in pnach files for PCSX2 are in a hex format, which is supposed to be one of the formats Action Replay takes...  But I can't find any hex codes for the games I want online?  The ones I can find are in a XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format.

That's not exactly a hex codes
Those XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format codes are using Action Replay Max encryption.
You have to ask google what you are searching for in a different way...PS2 ARMAX cheats will be enough
Keep in mind two things:
1.Action Replay codes are almost always for PAL games
2.PCSX2 support only raw(unencrypted codes)so unless you are going to use ARMAX on pcsx2,those codes will not work while using the pnach system(the pcsx2 cheating feature)
