Where to place save file

Hello, I had a question.

I wanted to finish Yakuza 2 on my pc after playing much of it on the ps2. I am quite a bit into the game already (started chapter 11 and did everything so far) but I want to see how it looks like on pc with AA and all that. The issue is that I don't feel like starting Yakuza 2 from scratch again after putting like 16-17 hours of work into it so I went on gamefaqs.com and downloaded the save file that supposedly starts at chapter 10 with all of the primary/secondary quests completed until chapter 10. Instead of playing through the entire 17 hours again, I would rather just start from chapter 10.

Here's the link to the save file: http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/save/935326.html . 2nd save file under "PlayStation2 Max Drive Save (North America)". It is in some .max format. Where am I supposed to place that save file in the PCSX2 folder? Would it go directly under sstates folder or memcards folder or do I need to convert it or what? I tried putting it inside memcards folder, but it didn't work so I guess it isn't supposed to work that way..

btw, I tried MYMC, but it looks like it is only for converting .ps2 to .max or something and not the other way around.

Just do this simple thing...open mymc and when the window pop up asking to select the ps2 file format(it's asking you to select your pcsx2 memory card not save with .ps2 extension converted from .max or any other supported format)choose your memory card,then go to File=>Import and choose you .max save,and in that way the save will be imported into your pcsx2(.ps2)memory card

I tried that (choosing pcsx2 memory card in mymc then going to file->import and choosing the .max save), but it gives me an error saying "C:\Documents and Settings\Admin\Desktop\yakuza_2.max: Save file already present." I have no idea why it would say that..

That error means that you already have a save of that game in your memory cards
