Yes, but for like a bit extra you can get far better card's...
I had a 9500GT 1GB, bought it for 50.. Yet the 4670 is only like 65.

Its not like I bought the 9500GT yesterday, its been quite some time since I bought the card and at that time it was the best deal for me.

Well, most of the emulators depend on CPU, so it doesn't really matter wheter to buy cool card or not. I recommend some from 8 series of GeForce they are just awesome Smile From these 2, it doesn't really matter, but I'd take 9800GT, it looks more reliable for me Smile

i know they are not in your list but get either an ati radeon 4870 or an nvidia gtx 260, both are worth their higher price tag, especially if you want to play more than pcsx2.

We've got to take in PSU consideration, and I'd take a GTX260 over a 4870 any day.

I have a 8600GT 512, it's fine for NATIVE, even on GPU-limited games. 45-60 fps in FF12 (I have a low CPU, didn't turn on higher speedhacks)

and PC games I have work fine too. your statement of 8800GT not being enough is only true if you run high rez. I have no complaints about my system, works fine
