They're both about the same, honestly. Get the one with more VRAM, I guess.

The GTS250 is a rebranded 9800GTX, the 9800GTX is better than the 9800GT...
What power supply does the OP have?
AMD Phenom II 940 @ 3.6GHZ, 4GB PC8500 @ 1100MHZ, 4870x2 @ Stock.

The better card is the GTS250.. So, I'd just take the GTS250.

thnks for your quick reply...................then i should buy GF 9800GT 600M 1 GB ...which has more VRAM!!
but in my country(Bangladesh) 9800 GT 1 GB price is greater than GTS 250 512 MB
9800 GT 1 GB = 15000 BDT
GTS 250 512 MB = 13000 BDT
*1Dollar = 70 BDT
that price list made me confused!!

VRAM means nothing unless you're gaming at 1080p like me for example, or you need it for higher end textures... But even then, 512mb's enough..
Get the GTS250, it pushes frames faster than a 9800GT.

you don't need a very powerful graphics card to run pcsx2 at good speed, What you need is a fast CPU. Something around 3GHz dual core cpu, preferably Intel.
For a Graphics card the performance of Geforce8600GT will be the same as Geforce9800GT in case of PCSX2.
A new graphics card will only help you gain more FPS in PC games, not pcsx2.
