0.9.8 or 0.9.9 - which one is faster? And if it' s 0.9.9 then which rev is the best? Thank you.

BTW my Computer:

Intel Core i5 2500K OC @ 4,6GHz
GeForce GTX 570 (OC to make it over GTX 580)
8GB DDR3 RAM
Windows 7 64bit
Native resolution: 1440x900

Well your CPU and GPU should be fine either way, but i like personally 0.9.9 as it has a useful Mulithread hack that can give huge performance increase, but not always, and it can hang a few games, as for rev`s haven't really noticed any slowdowns in the 0.9.9 rev`s

I have gotten slowdowns in later revs compared to the ones before rev 5000 but with your beastly specs you shouldn't have any issues playing any games expect maybe 1-2 games with any of the revs after 0.9.8

It depend's what games you tend to play.

Like in my case.As i play all the gta series on PCSX2.

Version 0.9.9 is my best bet.Running in HD also.

0.9.9 does work better for the games I have Smile Even FFX-2 runs quite good with my hardware on 1920*1080 Hardware and 1920*1080 Software (55 FPS in Cutscenes) Which is quite decent for an AMD CPU Smile

so far 0.9.9 r5065 works just great for me, but there's a new version almost daily and even more then 1 sometimes. The Devs are surely mister busybodies Tongue

It's not version, but revision, where it might even be just one line of code change for one revision.
