I think Blyss Sarania has the same CPU as you, and he did overclock it above 4 Ghz.
may you should try to contact him.

Or if you don't feel comfident with overclocking, you could still play the game on your PS2 until you can afford a better machine.

Blyss has the 6 core variant (FX 6300) at 4.55ghz.

Yeah SLY Cooper is murder on amds. I can contest to that. My 8350 at 5 ghz still was "slow" with that game.

Well that's kinda depressing... Sly Cooper was one of my all time favorite games. Guess I will just have to make a separate system just for the emulator.
