I would like to know what plugins I use in my setup because it numca the pcsx2 run well here.
my configuration is:
core two quad q6700 2.66 GHz
4GB of DDR2 800 ram
video card GeForce 7600 gt

The ones that come with 0.9.6 are mainly the best. GSdx and SPU2-X have the best quality and compatibility

For gsdx plugin you can set in native res or max 800x800 due the bit weak your grapich card. In each of games is probably need different gsdx plugins for working the best. You can try gsdx 0.1.4, 0.1.6, 0.1.7, 0.1.9, 0.1.10 and latest gsdx.0.1.14. Try software modes too (SW3/4) for your quadcore cpu.

I tested here the following games I have.
DBZ BUDOKAY
naruto shippuden
Castlevania
Midnight.Clube.3-Dub-Edition
The one that was picked up Castlevania, plus it was very slow

Castlevania runs fine in terms of speed. Something is wrong with your setup. Your video card isn't great at all, for example.

I will test here with the UMS gsdx old plugins to see if it works.

tested all the plugins gsdx the old and the new did not work, read the guide and also set up all the plugins one by one, most did not work, so it kof run from 202 to 40 frames, was holding more
also took up another emulator called maetel no longer functioning in a satisfactory way
i need help

Try to check on native res in gsdx internal 3d3 res. Your grapich card will hold from gain fps if you set internal res beyond 800x800. Try software mode SW3/4 thread for your quadcore cpu with gsdx.v890/594.0.1.14 if that can give you more fps.
