It's slowing down because your laptop is pretty weak. Some parts may run fine, but most of the game will be slow unless you get a new pc.

oh God well I am working on building a gaming PC wish me Luck and thanks for the quick help, at least I can go knowing what the problem was

also is there any PS2 game I can run , im at the point where I just wanna play a PS2 game I never owned a PS2 i was an xbox player but I feel ps2 games are fun.

If you dont own a ps2, you cant use pcsx2 legally.
