bukodai 3 needs a lot of nuclear plants like 5 Ghz
and your AMD laptop can't hold on to the limit.

better use on a desktop instead
recommended CPU for Bukodai3 is likely about
5Ghz for AMD
4~4.5Ghz for Intel.

I Lol'd especially from those 4ghz intel;P, I can run B3 on athlon II x3 @2.3ghz full speed with MTVU speedhack.;P need same cpu @3ghz to run without this hack;].

GPU is surely too weak through even if it could run near to full speed on latest revisions if it was just cpu limited.

seriously checked that 100mb. doesn't even benefit much from MTVU. it's fuking fast. also bumping all 3 cores nicely up to 100%. but I'm really not sure if the TOs GPU is fast enough. it's 1/3 the raw power I've got and I got 50 fps infight.

that's devastating. it runs .rove and aeon5 in 1366x768 quite performant. but those no games. only game I tested was TRA and those boobs aren't really demanding. so yeh. should play old games and the card might just suck for pcsx2.

hd 4250 is integrated gpu that mean the Lowest in class. Maybe with reduce internal res at gsdx plugin manually to 384 X 384 or 256 X 256 and by increase amount of ram that IGP can help.
