I don't max but still know why does pcsx2 1.7.0 not macos build I mean native one not a crossover need m1 mac should run pcsx2 fine so why is no native macos build.

mostly because pcsx2 team doesn't care about mac builds. Only tellowkrinkle came here sayin he wants to try, and he was gladly welcome
