Why my pc don't run pcsx2 good ?

Hi everyone,

I have a new computer with this details:

Intel core-i3 dual core 3.4 ghz
2GB RAM DDR3
Graphic card: ATI Radeon 5450 1GB
ON Windows XP

So i try to test my computer to run the pcsx2 1.0.0 emulator with his defult setting, the game Killzone, and i get in the game 9-10 fps with low graphics, but the movie in the start and the start menu going smoothly in 50-60 fps.

So,can you tell me please how is that ?
Should i give up to run the game at full speed ?
My computer hardware don't meet the System requirment ?
This is drivers issue ?
I don't KNOW.
Can you help me please ?

killzone is very demanding, and AFAIK, works in hardware mode with dx 10/11.
moreover, your cpu won't help since you won't get any benefit from the MTVU hack.
with some speedhacks, you may see a few improvements, but don't expect miracles.

Hmm... try something not so demanding
Depends on what you have If my memory clear now ... Ring of Red very fast game

2D games are allmost a sure thing. There's a lot of fighting games and RPG's you can play.
There are too many suggestions to mention here

In the psx emulator i have:
megaman x4 x5 x6
tekken 3
wipeout
silent bomber
adventure of lomax

games like this
