#1
[EDIT]
My old problem got solved, now theres a new one! =/
Why cant I reach max FPS? (60 I guess)

My PC specs are:
-AMD Phenom 8450 2,1ghz (3 cores)
-4gb ram
-Vista Ultimate with Directx 10 (32 bit)
-ATI HD4850 (OC)

My configs are:

Averange FPS are 45-50/55 (depends on area)
And it laggs AWFULLY at the world map! (kinda strange because on the world map I get up to 60.29 fps)

Please tell me, what im doing wrong >_<

maybe you could try using linuz iso cdvd plugin..and also disable any speed hacks/ special fixes you may have. TAle of the Abyss works great with me =P

Tales of Abyss has problems with certain speedhacks, disable everything except maybe 1.5x Cycle Rate

don't you think that 2.1Ghz is a low speed?

Oh yea right, PCSX2 dont support multi core, right?

Then I need to OC again..

Would be 2,4ghz enough?

the more you overclock the better (so long its stable)
And pcsx2 uses 2 core if i remember right.
try first with 2.4 ghz, it should give a little speed boost

OC would help, but your cpu doesn't support SSSE3 or SSE4.1 so you don't have some small advantage that GSdx gives with those versions, intel today is faster clock for clock ( doesn't mean i love them, i hate i7), so a 300Mhz might not increase much the fps, so be extra careful not to damage cpu for a low increase, for exemple at 2.33Ghz some game runned pretty well, now that i have oc to 3.0Ghz its better but there still some game that won't run at full speed but they are a lot less.
