Why this game works slow ?

Its my specs :
Intel core i3 - 3110M 2,4GHz
Nvidia GeForce GT 720M
4 GB Ram

Crash twinsanity works on 20-30 FPS . why ? my specs are good for this game ( i think )

Crash Twinsanity.
Its just working slow. i dont know why. i think my pc is good to run this game.
( i think its something with emulator because, its same with dragon ball budokai tenkaichi 3. on wii emulator it works perfectly. on pcsx2 ( ps2 version ) works slow.

a dual core @ 2.4 ghz is a bit weak for pcsx2 in general.
a 720 M GPU won't help either.
and please, if you don't want to look ridiculous, don't compare Dolphin & pcsx2.
Different hardware, different emulators, different requirements

Oh, apparently I can't read today. That laptop is going to struggle on that game. You can try using speedhacks, setting windows power play to high performance, and making sure your laptop is plugged in, but don't expect it to run at full speed.

I guess some Lowdemanding games could work, i'd say KH1 at least will run
