Possible videocard driver fault. You could report it to you videocard manufacturer.

However, why we want to remove postprocess effects to play good? Without postprocess is graphic quality worst?
My PC: i5-3570K, 8 Gb DDR3, GTX295, Windows 7 Home Premium 64.
it's not worse.

It's just not improved compared to original quality
