Widescreen patch don't work

Good day.
I downloaded widescreen patch for Persona 3. Enabled cheats and widescreen hacks. 
I started to play and game still looks bad. I read http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-pcsx2-wid...-dont-work but nothing.
As you can see at
   
cheats are all green, but still nothing.
Please help and thank you.

It looks widescreen to me. Can you turn off the widescreen patches and reload for a comparison shot?

That screenshot still looks like it's in widescreen to me, same as the video

it's definitely widescreen.
but you didn't increas internal res, I guess.
which is totally unrelated to widescreen patch
