Widescreen patch not available, Forbidden Siren 2 SCKA_20069

Hello,  while testing widescreen patches, i found some code that didn't work.

even with the patch, it's still 4:3 ratio. PCSX2 settings are all correct and other game patches work fine
i know it's possible because I've seen widescreen patches running on games in other region codes
however, the Japanese and Korean patches do not seem to work.... 
can you guys help me?

Problem solved.
it seems that the wrong code was uploaded
the code was found in an old archive within the Korean community

here is correct wide screen code, update is needed... maybe
