Maybe we could try the new no captcha recaptcha but before doing anything like that I would have to test it on a sandbox. And i will need falcon for that, so yeah Tongue

Fingers crossed, so far so good. I assume there's no guarantee that the wiki will stay up? Hopefully we're in the clear soon. Smile

It's up, buuut when you search for something...

Quote:Database error
A database query error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the software.

So yeah. There's clearly issues with this current version of the wiki. (Mind you that the MediaWiki website also stated that 1.26.x versions can cause database errors/corruption/loss now). Hopefully you can get things going with the sandbox soon, because I think having an up-to-date wiki version that PROPERLY works is more important than dealing with spam bots right now. We can always take care of the bot issue later after it's properly working. (And like ref said, that other captcha system is pretty good too I think. Where you have to click specific images).

Again, this worked fine before, so there is no reason the 1.26 version would not work now. It's clearly some server issue, which we have to find.

So far so good? Things seem to be stable since you brought it up the last time. All the pages work but as mentioned above the search does not. Hmm.

There's a bug going on with the wiki atm. You can no longer live 'preview' changes.

It's constantly stuck on loading. Never had this issue before the huge downtime. Can someone else test and confirm it's happening to them too, so I can at least rule out that it's only happening to me.

I tried debugging this, Chrome shows a cryptic JS error:

Googled around, seems there are also a couple of other people with issues with the WikiEditor preview and changes, none provided a valid solution.
