Wild Arms: Alter Code F - See-through characters

So I booted this game up and every character, NPC, etc is completely see through except for the head.  The Wiki says that the missing graphics was solved in r2371, but this is happening in both the latest stable release (1.40) and a recent download as of roughly 1 week ago 1.50 revision.  I'm not sure what I should do to get those graphics working, does anyone have any suggestions?

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Never mind, couple more tweaks got rid of the issue.  It was either Alpha or Alpha Stenciling in the HW hacks that messed it up.  Was actually the non default settings line that cued me in to that possibility.  Thanks!
