Will Gran Turismo 4 and Gran Turismo 3 run in this PC rig?

Hi, I´ll get a new PC, so I want to ask, if Gran Turismo 4 and Gran Turismo 3 would run fine on this PC?

PC Specs:
Intel i5 4690K
Nvidia GTX 750 ti
8GB RAM
MSI H-81M P33

Now I know that these 2 games are very CPU Hungry, I just want to know if they run fine ( I know they will not run 100%, just fine)

It should run pretty well on that PC with one of the new GIT versions of PCSX2

Recording video might hinder your performance, but make sure you are using the MTVU speedhack and don't have the resolution set too high as GT4 eats memory

in other words should i use OBS or Bandicam for recording?

I have no idea, I don't use any sort of recording software so I don't know which is better. I think OBS is more commonly used.
