Will I have performance problems with an i5 4690?
#1
Hi.
I'm wondering If I will have performance problems on Software mode with an i5 4690 with a HD 7950 3GB.
¿Will be that enough to play at Software mode 60 fps?
Thanks.

Shouldn't be too bad, i have the same chip. As long as you set Extra Render Threads to 3, it shouldn't be too terrible.

It's best to avoid software mode where possible though.

No one really has tried that many threads because there's no logic to it. You're CPU only 4 threads, so you would want to set 3 extra rendering threads on that CPU. Even those that can set 5 extra rendering threads, don't see much of a difference after 3-4

And in normal gameplay? Will my CPU had frames drops on games with big areas?

depends on the game, but it should be fast enough for most games.
