Will PCX2 Run?

Processor: Intel® Celeron ® CPU J1800 @ 2.41 GHz Windows 10 with 4.00 GB of RAM. I have Direct 11 graphics
But pcx2 doesn't seem to work on my PC not sure why. Is my processor compatibile to pcx2?? And if it is what settings should I use? Someone please response thanks in advance

What game are you trying to play? Are you looking for full speed?

Yes, I'm trying to play madden 08 and grand theft auto san andreas at full speed because I always have like 20-30 fps

You'll need new hardware for full speed. That celeron isn't meant for demanding tasks like emulation

That's not going to work. Your processor is way too weak for PCSX2. A single thread rate of 1600 is recommended for PCSX2, yours barely has 500. See here: http://www.cpubenchmark.net/singleThread.html

Hello! Will I be able to play Monster Hunter 1 in PCX2? I have a Pentium E5200 @ 2.50 GHz, Windows 7 and 3GB RAM.
