Hi i just joined this form recently and i was wondering could a Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 2.80GHz 64 bit 3.25 GB RAM NIVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS be able to run pcsx2 if yes would it be able to run a decent/playable speed with a game like dragon ball z budokai 3?
