well i got a 2410m with gt 540 and i can run KH 1 and 2 and FFX at full speed but idk about Legaia 2 because i don't have that game, so i think you can also run those games at full speed.

VU cycling double FPS ( Speed ) i can run it full speed @ my 3.2GHz clarkdale you can run it @ 2.8GHz Sandy Bridge
just use "VU cycling" in Config > Emulation setting > Speedhacks

how do you know it's full speed since you use speedhacks ?

actually i don't know i just thought the response and the speed is nice and it says ~60 FPS so as far as the speed is good
