Intel Core i5 3,20 Ghz
16GB Ram
AMD Readon HD 6950 (overclocked)
3000GB Harddrive

Your pc is Ok...But i suggest you to upgrade your video card (Nvidia GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 is best )

No there is no reason to upgrade that video card for PCSX2. Or even for PC games, unless you wanna play brand new PC games on ultra.
