Will these specs run PCSX2?

Hello, I was just wondering if these specs would run PCSX2 at 60 FPS or higher with minimal/low speed hacks. 

. Intel i7-860 quad core processor
. Nvidia GeForce GTX 860M , 4 or 2 GB.

If these specs are good enough, please let me know what games would run well. I'm hoping I could play Shadow of the Colossus with no speed hacks at 60+ FPS.
