Win 10 problem

here's the deal every time i want to make an cheat file with a format .pnach the file are not readable
then i try to use a .pnach file from forum and still same problem it's can't readable even the file are note can't opened with notepad
can some one help with this problem?
it's really suck for win 10 user like me

enable "file name extension"

use pcsx 0.9.4's patch browser there is a create pnach file there this will generate a pnach file.

There's also PCSX2CE, but you'll have to install Java Runtime Environment to use it.

that enable "file name extension" is always on when u up ur window

that i use are 1.4.0 so i need to change me game version?
then how about my data game?
if i backup data for some case it won't usefull cuz different by the version of emu?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

To not be able to open the file with notepad is strange
Did you tried openng notepad and drag-drop the file into the window

That's what i was looking for, but it's irrelevant in your case.
sorry, but i didn't understand correctly what you wanted.
Anyways, what you have to do :
- run your game
- look at the log to know it's CRC
- download the correct pnach file (the one that matches your CRC)
- put it in your "cheats" folder (will by in my documents or in your pcsx2 root folder depending on what kind of installation you made)
- enable cheats in pcsx2
- run your game again

yes i did but my pc got stuck for 30 minute then i restart it
idk why my pc got stuck
but when i use notepad++ 7.5 the cheat are readable
then i drag-drop the .pnach file and yeah this method can for my win 10 and for some reason 
am confused with some encode
i just did try the cheat but the cheat can run properly (the active cheat button allready on)

u forgot to close the game :v
that crc won't gonna lose if i close the game not the emu/log
expl:
i open my emu
i run the game
i close the game
then see the log just scroll little bit the crc still there
by the way am looking for Monster Rancher 4 & EVO cheat file
but those cheat doesn't work
i did put the cheats on the my cheats folder
so can you help me search some those cheats?
