Windows 7 Update
#1
I was planning to update from windows XP to windows 7 but I have doubts that it will not affect the performance PCSX2, so I wanna ask if it will not affect the speed performance and graphic performance?
I was planning to put on another 1GB of ram since windows 7 requirement is 1GB of ram, so it will become 1.5GB.
<<<PC>>>
1024 MB of ram DDR2
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4000+ 2.10 GHz
Nvidia Geforce 8400 GS 512 64-bit
Windows 7 x86 Ultimate

Here's a question. If your GPU isn't being stressed(like, at ALL) by pcsx2, will there be a speedup? Assuming the CPU is at full load...

@ Nishil: It's hard to say, especially without knowing what CPU you have.

I'll just guess anywhere from 5 to 20fps.
