i totally agree Tongue as i am a user of win 7. but i would recommend having at least 2gb ram cause with only 1,5gb u wont have enough left for games or aplications (also if u take 2 gb dont use the 500mb u got so ucan use 2x1gb ram's at dual link with result getting more speed than using the 2x1gb AND the 500mb one), also and buy/use a x64 bit version of win7 its faster in some things (not pcsx2) but needs more ram Tongue

I dont think that windows 7 x64 is worthy instead of simply getting the x86 version,i mean if you have 4 or more gigs of ram, then yes you should go for the x64 version if not then stick with x86.
Anyway guys i should speak more with you beacuse there are a lot of these kind of thing that i didnt know,You should use msn Tongue

nah its pretty worthy and i will explain why: i use 2x2gb ram and windows use after restart 1,4-1,5gb ram (i have lots of programs installed) but one time i removed one of my 2 ram sticks and surprisingly i saw win 7 using only 900mb!!!!!! why? well i dont know lol but i got 2 theories:
1) if win 7 sees enough ram (probably 3 or 4) it uses more so it can be faster or
2) it does that if u use dual channel on ram (like 2x2gb or 2x1gb [ram sticks must by identical])

as for msn be free to add me i got it in my profile (i will be on it in 14+- hours from now Tongue )!!
