Pain in the butt? going on three or four click for disabling UAC is? wow... Been using realtek and ati modified driver too, no problem so far, only involve a single click of warning.

I agree that it is a retarded mode though.

I must agree with the last two posts too, and enjoy the chance to repeat the Golden Advise for installing games in Vista and Seven: Avoid the C:\Program Files as the plague. Run like hell from installing games there. That is the single Most common motive and reason for almost all problems and issues related with permission rights. It's the dumbest thing the OS brought with it, forcing to run as The Administrator, Reducing or even disabling UAC, tampering with folders and files ownership/permissions...To add injury to the harm, kind of negating the very "special protection" the folder is supposed to give and actually worsening it by far, it's a most dumb feature indeed.

My complaint being I can't run an alerting screechy metal, fierce drums fanfare when advising it.
