Hi, i've followed the guide and managed to get my BIOS running, but it sort of shivers... i've looked through the various plugin options and can't seem to find anything to do with this. Anyone have any ideas?

You have to provide more info if you want any help. Post your system specs and pcsx2 version/settings.
Specs:
CPU: C2D E8400 @ 3.6
GPU: GTX 560Ti 2Gb
MOB: Asus P5QL
RAM: Crucial 4Gb
OS: Windows 7 64bit/XP 32bit

cycle trhough interlace mode using F5 key.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

You may know it by now, but the chosen interlace mode can be activated permanently in the GS GUI, probably the Blend btf is the one you want.
