Would 64bit benefit PCSX2 like it did with Dolphin?

For example, 4.0-6450 64-bit is much slower than 4.0-127 32-bit when running Mario Kart: Double Dash!!. The best version for me is 4.0-5954. I found out that it became slower since version 4.0-5971 (Block GPU thread).
Yes, funny i have only mario cart wii and i found its slower too. Generally Dolphin should be slower at GPU sometimes because since some time it have started emulating more stuff and more accurate of gamecube/wii gpu. More accurate means more demanding. Thats what they post on blog. But i dont know what could be more emulated in mario cart wii.

By slow, I mean super slow. As I said, it's much slower than a 32-bit version released a long time ago.

The old 3.5 version of dolphin is even faster than the latest X64 builds in my experience.

Haven't updated Dolphin in ages. Still at 4.0-3518

Never ran into the issues people are describing though.
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3.60~4.20 GHz | Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2x16GB) DDR4-3200
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super @ 6 GB | Samsung 980 1TB | Windows 10 Pro x64 (22H2)

Old builds are fine. The recent builds are slow. Maybe they are only slow while running some games. I don't know about that.

I don't get why you're saying Dolphin is slow. I run it just fine on my i5 ultrabook with integrated graphics (intel hd 4400). It's not 2008 anymore and x64 is now mainstream. x64 will be necessary for certain future advancements such as HD texture packs. Look at what Dolphin can do because it was not held back by 32 bit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NM3eUDfLPRE which uses hella lot more than 2 GBs of RAM. While it's not necessary for accuracy, this is what will keep people interested in PS2 emulation.
