One of these two.

The first one will get better performance on the CPU side, but the GPU will limit you to native to 2x in most games. Also the CPU can't be overclocked so that will limit you if you wanted to push your system.

The second one obviously has the better GPU and you'll get 2-3x native in most games. As I said the CPU is over all slower, but is unlocked and allows for easy overclocking assuming you can get decent enough cooling on it.
