X Y axis location

i know someone will probably try to say move your mouse the direction you want it to represent, but i want to have it so the location of the mouse will let me use it like a controler... ie mouse location for the left thumb stick. anyone know how to do this?

its kinda like dolphin where you can edit it to do the same thing, but for pcsx2.
