XInput Wrapper for DS3 and Play.com USB Dual DS2 Controller
Thanks for the reply fiddy_bang_bang^^
Before you replied I ended up downloading something called 7-Zip file manager. I think that will do the same thing? What ended up happening is I downloaded the entire thing into the Scarlet Productions folder lol. So its Program files > Productions > A file folder for SCP DS3 Driver package, aswell as a 7Z file for the SCP DS3 Driver package. Going from the folder, now its SCPServer > Source & Bin (2 diff folders) > (Going from Bin) I clicked SCPDriver and force install (since im on Vista) and it installed. I don't know if its ok to have all that stuff in the same folder, but when I try to move it, it tells me: Are you sure? Yes > You need to confirm this operation - Continue(with admin symbol) > Continue > Starts trying to Move/Recycle (I wanted to just start over but it wont let me delete, and if I try to move the folders it wont let me move) > Then it just says again that I need permission to perform this action, and if I do retry, it just keeps popping up no matter how much I spam it. So anyways I tried it and all the buttons are messed up. I don't know if any of you guys are familiar with FFXI, but it makes it so all the buttons on it are messed up (these are the same settings that worked when I had MJ installed) like Triangle is to confirm and they're all switched around. I don't know if theres a DS3 tool or anything like MJ had easy access to get too? Also the L2 and R2 buttons dont work no matter what I've done ><

Ok so I was able to delete the other "source" folder within the Scarlet Productions folders (don't worry the "source" folder still exists somewhere else). So now its Scarlet.Crush Productions > SCP... Driver Package > SCP server > Bin. I don't know if thats ok having it go through and extra 2 folders but nothing I can do about about it. So looking more into anyways the R2 and L2 buttons do work, however, its to move the camera one way or the other (ie. Pressing L2 will make the screen move left and R2 will do the opposite).
Basically what I wanna know now, after messing with this for 3 days straight, is is there something/some way I can get into the PCSX2 like control command or something? lol. Like I have no idea how to make R2 and L2 change to something else when it's controlling the axis that move the camera ><
I'm not looking for this program to do anything fancy, I just want it to be able to use the PS3 controller and for me to be able to configure so it works with FFXI, nothing else. I'm not interested in having 8 controllers connected or playing other games. This laptop is strictly for playing FFXI and that's all I want the controller to be able to play.
Hi, I recently got a USB dongle just to use with this awesome Xinput Wrapper, but unfortunately have run into some trouble getting Bluetooth to work. My DS3 connects fine using USB, but when I try to connect via Bluetooth, SCPMonitor gives me the "BTH 00000000 None" problem. My dongle has 2 hardware IDs - "USB\VID_0A12&PID_0001&REV_0134" and "USB\VID_0A12&PID_0001".

This is what my ScpService.log says:

Would be grateful if I could get some help with this problem! Thanks.

Edit: Figured it out - EDR problem. Thanks anyway!
Hello, when i used Motionjoy i had support for my internal bluetooth device but after i switched i can only use external is it possible to add support for my bluetooth?

Is there a way to turn the controller on, once it goes to sleep from the set timeout, without plugging it into USB?
As a follow up from my previous post above, does anyone know if a bluetooth v3 dongle will definitely work with the Xinput Wrapper? Don't want to risk ordering another dongle that won't work... Thanks!
Hey guys. So this is my 4th day working on this now. I decided to re-do it all over (with the files that I can't delete still there) so I made a file just called it Scarlet Productions. Moved just the bin stuff over as I'm supposed to do. Installed it. Now, I don't know if this affects anything (explaining why I might think it's this later) but when I try to open up SCPUser (not sure what this even is) I get the error "MSVCP100.dll was not found" and then it says that it stops working and shuts down.

Now, I was able to get my controller working in order to play FFXI. However, the only buttons I can't get to work are the L2 and R2 buttons. When I'm in FFXI congif (the place where I assign buttons for the game) pressing L2 and R2 moves the camera left&right respectively. Now, I can force it so that the right analog stick moves the camera instead (thats how its supposed to be) and then L2 and R2 just don't work for anything. When I was looking some stuff up yesterday under MJ forums (diff program I know, just wanted to see) the guy had the same problem as me; everything worked except the R2 and L2 buttons. The guy who replied said that he had it set to the wrong thing (not sure exactly what term he used) and that he had to switch from #2 of whatever he was using to #3 and that that fixed the problem. I'm just curious (like I asked in my last post) if there's a place within this program that I can get to to set if this kind of stuff? All I need is for someone to let me know and I can stop posting these walls of text and maybe end my 4 day+ now journey of getting this stupid controller to work lol ^^;
Uninstall everything related to scarlets driver even in the device manager then run ccleaner and clean your registry and then try to clean install and run it idk what happened with the error but IK for a fact that it works I had a few problems installing it as well (motioninjoy is what I used before)... It might not hurt using pokopom instead of lilypad as well pokopom is as simple as it gets... Forgot to put I had a similar problem as well except the analog sticks wouldnt work and the buttons were messed up Tongue

My system hangs while trying to install the 360 driver after I plug in my DS3 and I have to hard reset. After rebooting, the driver seems installed but it doesn't work. I can turn off my controller using L1 + R1 + PS button so that part works but the system never sees it as a 360 controller. I'm not even trying to use it for PCSX2. I used to have MotioninJoy but I uninstalled that before installing this. What am I doing wrong?

Edit: I can see the 360 driver in the Device Manager when I plug in my DS3 but it doesn't appear as a controller in the Game Controllers window. The SCPUser controller testing thing detects my inputs but it still won't work in actual games.

Edit 2: Downloaded and installed newer 360 controller drivers. Uninstalled and reinstalled ScpDriver. Plugged in the DS3 and the system installed MotioninJoy drivers again. Deleted those. Now it just sees the controller as PS3 Controller. Still doesn't install 360 drivers, still doesn't work, but at least it doesn't hang now. Connecting the DS3 to the PC doesn't even charge it now. The lights just flash for a while and then turn off altogether. What did I do wrong this time?

Edit 3: FIXED! Had to reinstall ScpDriver with the DS3 plugged in. Thanks Scarlet.
