Thank you so much for this! :-) Is there any way to move controller #2 to controller #1?

Thanks in advance!

I think that the arrows in the monitor next to the "pad #" are there for this purpose.. Not tested yet Wink
nvm i fixed it.

Do you mean the monitor that you get when you press PS button?

Stopping the service made the server work and also made bluetooth work! I don't know why the service won't do bluetooth for me but maybe this will work for others.

Let me know if I can provide any extra info if someone wants to look into this.

Thanks for the help!
how can i adjust the dead zone for my joysticks?
Hi, first off, thanks for all the work that has gone into this. I am having an issue getting my PS3 controller to connect via bluetooth. It works over USB just fine, but it would be really nice to use BT. I have all the stuff installed, but when I try to connect over BT, the connection locks up and I have to push the reset button on the controller before the BT dongle will stop blinking and finally disconnect. During this time the PS3 controller led is stuck off until I reset it. Important to note is that the controller is NOT brand name, which is likely the issue. The device name is listed in the log below.

Here is my sever log when it dies. Important times are:
14:28:11 is server startup.
14:28:34 controller powered on.
14:29:28 bluetooth finally figures out that I have reset the controller. (controller reset ~30 seconds earlier)

Hardware info:
BT dongle: HP bt500 (Q6273A)
Windows 8.0
Server window shows:
HCI Version: 3.416F
LMP Version: 3.430E

EDIT:
As a test, I tried it on my builtin bluetooth adapter. Same issue, so it must be the no-name controller. I am not expecting any support here, but any help would be appreciated. I am a developer, so I have no problem doing just about anything as a suggestion. I have never dealt with bluetooth stuff though, so my investigations of the source didn't avail much.
well isn't this driver supposed to be for ds3\ds4?

Doesn't say it would support off brand look a likes.
need help.ds3 works fine via usb but when i unplug it it states bth none(ds3 all 4 led are blinking for a second during unplug and then the first set to constant led).

It makes absolutely no difference, in which way tha gamepad is connected. USB cable. Wireless Bluetoth. All the same. I'm raiding Final Fantasy 14 by gamepad and using this driver and its a big shame, that I do wipe the whole party because of this issue. This evening it it happened 5 or 6 times in around 3 hours.

I'm the onliest with this type of issue?

Testing around.

Have bought a separate PCIe card with USB ports: No difference.

Using a XBox360 Pad: There is not that issue.

But playing with xbox pad. The precision of that D-Pad. I was never using a so awful D-Pad before. Please look forward to this issue Sad Want to play with DS3 controller again.
