XInput Wrapper for DS3 and Play.com USB Dual DS2 Controller
First of all, I want to thank Scarlet.Crush for this program that seems to be much better than motionjoy which gave me a lot of BSOD and a lot of troubles with the bluetooth drivers.

But still I can't activate the rumble in my controller. Do I have to do something? I tried on Dark Souls and Bioshock Infinite but the rumble doesn't work (via Usb and bluetooth).

Someone can help? Thanks!

Hello! Great tool.

For whatever reason I cannot get my DS3 controller to pair with my bluetooth dongle.

I've tried disconnecting/connecting the controller a million times. Restarting computer. Reinstalling drivers. All sorts of things and I still can't get my controller to pair.

I was hoping someone could help resolve this issue.

I've attached the ScpService log:

Thanks guys.
This is significantly better than Motioninjoy, more lightweight and works flawlessly with Windows 8. Also, Windows 8 comes with the latest Xbox 360 controller drivers already so no need to install the Xbox drivers. The only thing you don't get is the battery indicator when you press the center button for which you need to install the Windows 7 drivers.

I have the wireless USB 360 dongle which allows me to use 360 controllers. When I have my buddy over who has a PS3 controller, I'd like to use both of them at the same time. The problem arises when the Xbox controller connects, it is designated player one. When the PS3 controller connects after, it is also designated player one. This causes issues in some games and both cannot be used at the same time. Is there any way to control which player the DS3 controller will get? Or maybe a future updated version where the running service also detects Xbox controllers and determines what player the DS3 should be after. If there's a solution, let me know.

Thanks! and great work on this piece of software!
For some reason the ScpDriver does not seem to install the service. The wrapper works great as long as I am running ScpServer, however, I can not find the service what so ever—even if I wanted to start it manually; any advice?

PS: Windows 8
If I may make a suggestion, you should probably add this post to the installation guide in the OP. It will solve many issues.

Thanks Tyestor,

I looked at that post, but that seems to be for a much earlier version of this tool. Is there something I'm missing?

EDIT: Got it to work finally. All I needed to do was click Force Install when installing. I have Windows 7.
I have been having a similar problem. I followed the instructions provided on the first post and even rebooted my pc a number of times. I cannot get it to work. It installs the BT Driver and DS3 driver. When I use forced install it will install the USB Bus driver but I cannot actually use the controller for anything. Am I doing something wrong?

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64. This is my install summary:

Yes, it's for an older version but it's still very relevant if you want a clean install.

Hi. Is there any chance you could add support for the built in bluetooth on the MacBook Retina? The hardware ID is USB\VID_05AC&PID_8286&REV_0100 and USB\VID_05AC&PID_8286. Thanks a lot.
