XInput Wrapper for DS3 and Play.com USB Dual DS2 Controller

Use a driver compatible with Better DS3, or dont use Better DS3.

how can i use scppair ? it shows the local and remote adress ( scppair with the service/server stopped dosn't work but with the service/server started it's fine )

If you download the .7z file in the OP, it should include everything you need to get you up and running. Here's a quick video that should help you out:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TpSaOJJIun8

Just make sure you download the latest full version (1.2.0.160) and the latest updated files (1.2.2.175) because for some reason Scarlet.Crush hasn't uploaded a new full version .7z file which contains all of the files you need in their up to date versions.

You're right my friend, installed it a little more carefully now and it works great!

@Scarlet.Crush you can now add USB\VID_0A5C&PID_2190&REV_0681 to the list of supported dongles, I had to force install and it's working great!
Edit: Sorry just saw that it is

When I've installed the BT driver I can't seem to connect back to my BT headphones. Do I have to uninstall the driver to be able to?

Also, is there anyways I can map out buttons of the DS3? Sorry I'm new to all this PC gaming heaven Smile

Yes, when you install a driver to wrap your DS3/DS4 (MotioninJoy driver or SCP driver, doesn't matter), it'll take over your BT dongle and you will only be able to use it for that purpose. And yes, if you uninstall the driver, it should start working again. If not, try installing the official driver from your BT dongle's manufacturer's website.

As far as mapping the buttons on the DS3, that's program-dependent for the most part. Thankfully what these Xinput wrappers do is make the DS3 look like a 360 pad to your computer, and the 360 pad is widely supported. If we're talking emulation, I know that PCSX2 and Dolphin allow you to map your DS3 just fine. As far as actual PC games, some have controller support, some don't. You could also give Xmapper a shot in situations where controller support is not that great.

Welcome to PC gaming, brother!

"I'm not sure if the DS3's Bluetooth radio is off while it's being used through USB, but I would think 'yes' because when you unplug it from the USB cord it doesn't automatically pair with anything, you have to press the PS button to 'turn it on'.
As far as your second question, it is my understanding that as long as the DS3's LEDs are all blinking, it is being charged. If just a single LED is on, the controller is not being charged."

Is good if when using USB connection the battery not is being charged when totally charged to not has problem with battery life.
I has used for few minutes an bluetooth dongle version 4.0 in PC using the PS3 DS3 controller and has anything strange using an bluetooth with strong signal. Is better see if is dangerous to body using bluetooth for long time.
Thanks for reply karasuhebi. Good luck in your real life.

Maybe someone has a solution for this, im really looking into playing wirelessly.

Okay, guys, found a way to fix it, probably, after digging on forums i accidently downloaded Download latest update here. [1.2.2.175] from OP's post and now my dualshock working via bluetooth, cheers!

Btw, quick question, is this kay that vibe isnt working via bluetooth?
Hi all, I'm new to the forum after installing XInput to replace motioninjoy.

I'm using 2 x DS3 pads via Bluetooth. If I only connect 1 pad everything works perfectly but if I connect both of the pads neither of them work.

Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks in advance!
You can't use 2 pads on the same bluetooth adapter, I am pretty sure. You would need two bluetooth adapters.
