I dont have that issue ( assuming you talking about the artifact/rainbow line in the image)
OpenGL 3x
TF=Forced
HW depth/Accurate= On
BUA=basic
CRC lvl- none

And the line  shooting across the screen is removable with Round sprite=full/half ( but this turns of TF and make textures look boxy) or messing with TC offest I had that info on the wiki for the game but some one edit it and remove those tc settings, Which was the DX 11 hair fix which x 0000 y 1000 I edit the wiki agian to refect thost settings.

PCSX2 1.5.0-20160319010052

PCSX2 1.5.0-20160420100532

Im using Nvidia GPU and 364.96 as opposed to AMD Possible AMD issue in Opengl?

It might be I'm having all kinds of issues with OpenGL from black boxes where textures should be to weird glitched out effects

Latest git release isn't compatible with AMD anymore. AMD need to release a bug fix (Q&A validation has been on going since January).

Potentially, there is a GSdx legacy plugin but we need to build it on the bot.

Isn't compatible at all or just with OpenGL?

Only openGL. Dx is fine.

You can use OpenGL as long as you set the Blending Unit Accuracy to Ultra. But that causes slowdown in most, but not all, games.
