Comments:

As always, this game has very high requirements, and some of the mech battles slowed down to 30 FPS for me.

Bugs:

At least two save points(Shion's room on the Woglinde, and the main save point on the Elsa) error out somehow and kick you back to the bios card selector. Also the two or three black and white cutscenes don't show video(just black screen, but audio playing) in HW or SW mode, unless you save state and then load state. These are both known bugs I think.

Comments:
Using custom resolution (1920x1080) the game run at full speed with a few slowdowns in some fights or cutscenes (30-50 fps).

Using any resolution other than native cause some thin lines to appear between your character and her shadow. The difference between native and custom resolution is huge and you may hardly even notice them most of the time. Using skipdraw=1 remove the lines but also remove the shadows.

Even though i've read in some posts that using MTVU cause more slowdowns than it worth, i took the liberty to use it for the entire game so i can test it to see if there are any differences. I didnt notice any slowdown caused by MTVU that also didnt happen without it. In some cases i've got a few more fps with MTVU. Also because while playing RPG games in pcsx2 i like to have TURBO ENABLED (Framelimiter) so i can run faster and do battles faster, with MTVU i got more fps than without it. So my opinion is try first with and without MTVU and depending on the results use the one that is faster for your PC.
Also using software mode in some fights (with a lot of mechs) i've got more fps than with hardware mode.

Bugs:
A few save spots appear to be broken (like the one on Elsa spaceship). When you try to use them, game crash and put you to memory card selection screen. The possitive for the save on Elsa ship is that you can still use it to enter virtual realm just you cant save. Use savestates instead.

Some cutscenes change aspect ratio over the previous background scenes (play in smaller size) both in hardware and software mode (see first photo below).

Also in shion (female protagonist) dreams the screen is black and i have to press (F9) two times changing from hardware to software mode and back to hardware again in order to see the cutscene with a small black square box at the top left of the screen. This happen 3 times during the game.
