Ok another more than 2 hours of play and no black screen freeze yet - everything back as I had before only INTC sync hack off, seems that was it.

EDIT: Ah never mind, it froze today few minutes ago. I don't know which hack exactly causing it and giving up as its slow to play without them.

EDIT2: It may be that EE round mode as it happen on screen change - like when entering battle. "Positive" and "nearest" make incorrect calculations in game as stated earlier and "negative" and "chop/zero" still make game hang. Also I tried hacks off/normal and advanced at default - still freeze so it must be there. It could also be some leak because it always happen after longer gameplay time.

EDIT3: Its definitely more stable when hacks are off/default as crash happens after much longer time. Now, I usually got just 0x000005 exception but today finally got a message from pcsx2. something like "out of memory block reallocation, current 0 bytes new 44xxxxxx bytes..." or such like. I have 4gig and pcsx2 shows arround 400mb allocated before I close this error. I should have enough mem as it still shows around 2gig as "cached", under my server2008x64(like vita64) its like "free". I do believe there is some leak maybe not in pcsx2 but gsdx or on screen transaction plugin get out of "sync" with emu I dunno. Definitely, before freeze happen screen transactions and menu/game transactions became more and more with short "pauses" like(including sound pauses), before it hang later for good. At first they are smooth. Hope it help a bit.
