Yakuza 1 Lines On Certain Textures?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else had this problem or had a solution?

I don't see anything about it on the wikia.

When playing at higher than native resolution I get these lines on certain textures -- specifically the title screen and anything they show a flashback picture in game -- I otherwise don't see these lines. The only thing similar in-game I get is when loading into fights at the bottom right and left of the screen I can see a peek of the loaded scene before the black screen goes away.

It's not a big deal, easy to ignore, I was just wondering if there's any easy fix for it that's known.
